Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and data processing tasks.

  • Perform document verification and backend operations.

  • Maintain accuracy in data entry and customer records.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in data processing or data entry.

  • BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc., BCA graduates.

  • Proficient in English and regional language.

  • Good computer and keyboard skills with accuracy.

  • Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full-time courses only; candidates from technical backgrounds (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA) not eligible.
