Job Overview
Role: Branch Support (Jr Executive / Executive / Sr Executive / Assistant Manager)
Location: Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: In-person
Experience: 1–4 years (depending on designation)
Education: Any Graduation Degree
Industry: Pest Control / Facility Services
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming branch calls, transfer calls, take messages, and provide information to customers/prospects
- Manage central branch emails and respond to queries
- Assign iCABS tickets and follow up with relevant employees
- Handle invoice activities: forecasting, suspensions, printing, and distribution
- Generate renewal reports, letters, and process renewals
- Raise Change Request tickets for pricing adjustments
- Maintain SHE documentation, licenses, and ensure audit readiness
- Prepare incentive calculations and manage attendance inputs
- Maintain branch customer documentation: quotations, compliance records, POs, warranties, etc.
- Enter receipts, deposit slips, and raise credit note requests
- Manage petty cash portal and liaise with banks
- Upload service dockets for key accounts
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Branch Manager aligned with branch operations
