About the Role

The Java Full Stack Engineer Internship at Reliance Retail offers the opportunity to work closely with senior developers on both backend and frontend development. Interns will gain hands-on experience with real-world applications, contributing to meaningful, production-level projects. This role is designed to help you build strong full-stack development skills and grow based on your interests and strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications using Java technologies.
Work across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) layers.
Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
Assist in debugging, testing, and resolving issues in existing modules.
Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and help propose technical solutions.
Maintain and update technical documentation as needed.

Required Skill Set

Strong understanding of Core Java fundamentals.
Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
Basic understanding of RESTful API development.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (Angular/React preferred).
Understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Basic experience with Git or other version control tools.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.

Eligibility

Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing BE/BTech/BSc/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Basic academic or personal project experience in Java or full-stack development is an added advantage.
