Infra Green Projects is hiring a Marketing Assistant / Tele Marketing Executive (Male / Female) to support lead generation and client communication for industrial and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to:
    • Industries
    • Architects
    • Contractors
    • Project owners
  • Explain PEB & civil construction services professionally
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups
  • Maintain call data in CRM / Excel
  • Handle inbound customer queries confidently
  • Assist with client data for digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams
  • Submit daily reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication in English & Tamil (Mandatory)
  • Malayalam / Hindi – Added advantage
  • Good telephone etiquette & confident voice
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Tele-calling tools
    • Excel
    • CRM (Zoho preferred)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Any Degree / Diploma
  • Experience:
    • Freshers can apply
    • 2–5 years experience in tele marketing / inside sales preferred
  • Additional Preference:
    • Two-wheeler license

⏰ Work Timings

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
