Wipro is hiring an experienced Lead Analyst – FactSet to support the implementation and daily operations of its primary performance and risk analytics solution for Credit and Insurance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Support implementation and smooth running of the FactSet process
Ensure daily data loads and analytics outputs are accurate and timely
Perform data validation across multiple asset classes
Identify data issues and recommend corrective solutions
Manage daily FactSet uploads, calculations, and data extractions
Connect with FactSet Portfolio Services for missing or erroneous analytics
Use FactSet Security Modelling to upload securities not covered by FactSet
Troubleshoot failed uploads and re-trigger analytics jobs
Monitor dashboards comparing FactSet data with internal Wipro sources
Ensure reliability and consistency of portfolio data
Document and communicate complex technical processes effectively
Collaborate with risk management, data governance, and technology teams

Required Skills & Profile

Strong experience with FactSet Portfolio Analysis tools
Good understanding of risk data and risk workflow processes
Knowledge of security modelling, data loading, and portfolio setup
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams

Participate in product and technical trainings
Stay updated with new features and system enhancements
Partner with team leaders to identify training needs
Engage in self-learning and professional development

Performance Parameters

Process: SLA compliance, quality standards, cases resolved, customer feedback, pulse score
