Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support the N4 Terminal Operating System and related applications.
• Identify system issues and assist in troubleshooting technical incidents.

• Assist with EDI message deployment and partner configuration processes.
• Support business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL reports.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.

• Assist with monitoring servers, databases, and application services.
• Respond to customer requests and incidents within defined service-level agreements.
