Key Responsibilities

Follow up on IndiaMART and other portal leads to convert enquiries into sales
Manage company social media pages – share posters, product updates & offers
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Generate repeat business from current clients
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order processing
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
