Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for RCM roles (AR Callers, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, QA)
- Source candidates through vendors, job portals, and campus drives
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and complete joining formalities
- Conduct employee orientation covering HIPAA, RCM processes, and company policies
- Organize employee engagement activities and handle employee queries
- Track attendance, leaves, and shifts and support payroll processing
- Maintain audit-ready HR documentation, HRIS updates, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments)
- Support training coordination, probation tracking, and performance monitoring
- Manage resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
✔ 1–2 years HR experience in BPO / RCM / Healthcare preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel & HRIS tools
✔ Knowledge of Indian labour laws & HR compliance
✔ Chennai-based candidates preferred
