Role: Education Counselor
Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations
Location: Noida (Sector 60)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent (Contractual)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities

Drive student enrollments through outbound calls
Handle inbound queries related to courses, admissions, eligibility, and fees
Provide clear and professional guidance on university programs
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into applications
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
Ensure timely and effective communication with interested candidates
Deliver a positive counseling experience aligned with service standards

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counseling abilities
Fluency in spoken English
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
Customer-focused mindset
Experience: Freshers only (0 years)

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Degrees:

BA / BCom / BBA / BSc
MA / MCom

Not Eligible:

B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MBA, Pharma, Law
Pursuing students or experienced candidates
