What You’ll Do
☁️ Cloud Customer Support
Provide advanced technical support to customers adopting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving networking and system issues.
🧠 Technical Troubleshooting
Debug issues across Java, C, C++, Python, .NET, Shell, Perl, and JavaScript in cloud and networking environments.
🌐 Networking Expertise
Work extensively with networking technologies including:

TCP / IP

VPN
-
VLAN
-
Firewall
-
NAT
-
DNS
-
DHCP
-
ICMP
-
CDN
-
Load Balancing
🔍 Root Cause Analysis
Use packet capture, traffic analysis, and load testing techniques to troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and performance issues.
🛠️ Product & Process Improvement
Build internal tools, improve documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance Google Cloud offerings.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal teams and global customers.
⏱️ Shift Support
Work non-standard shifts when required to ensure global customer coverage.
Your Profile – Skills & Qualifications
✅ Minimum Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
✔ 9+ years of experience debugging code in Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, or JavaScript
✔ 4+ years of experience in networking technologies
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✔ Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, CKA, RHCE
✔ Experience with packet capture, traffic-path analysis, and load testing
✔ Hands-on experience with network infrastructure devices
✔ Knowledge of Linux / Unix system administration
✔ Understanding of virtual & container networking
✔ Experience with cloud networking, distributed systems, and hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity
✔ Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP / HTTPS)
