Role Summary
As a Financial Analyst – Management Trainee, you will work with the Financial Services Group and support financial reporting, monthly and annual closing processes, variance analysis, and management reporting. The role involves maintaining accuracy in financial data, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and publish flash reports for Orders, Sales, and Backlog

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of P&L and Balance Sheet
-
Prepare management reports with key indicators and variance analysis
-
Assist in preparing financial presentations for Finance Controller
-
Support statutory audits and ad-hoc financial requests
-
Research and develop accounting principles including IFRS
-
Drive continuous process improvements within the finance group
-
Meet reporting deadlines and explain financial variations
Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply
Educational Qualification

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR

MBA in Finance
Experience

0 – 4 Years

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Finance
Additional Requirements

Hands-on experience in ERP systems, MS Office, and reporting tools

Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
