Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Track sales performance and generate reports for business insights
  • Analyze data using Excel / Google Sheets and dashboards
  • Handle order processing, returns, and customer escalations
  • Coordinate with platform account managers for visibility and growth
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory updates
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new platform features
  • Support product content, SEO, photography, and paid ads initiatives (basic level)

Eligibility Criteria

✔ 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales / Digital Operations
✔ Experience with FMCG or D2C brands (Food / Wellness / Personal Care preferred)
✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
✔ Willingness to work from office (Pallikaranai, Chennai)

Skills Required

  • Marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets & analytics understanding
  • Order management & customer coordination
  • Analytical mindset and reporting skills
  • Good coordination and communication skills

Additional Plus:
• Knowledge of product photography
