Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for SAP APO SPP (Service Parts Planning)

  • Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and service parts planning processes

  • Support and troubleshoot planning runs and batch job failures

  • Analyze issues and perform root cause analysis with permanent fixes

  • Handle custom APO/SPP developments including Z-reports and enhancements

  • Resolve ECC/S4 APO CIF integration issues and data inconsistencies

  • Work in L2/L3 production support environments

  • Coordinate with BASIS, ABAP, and business teams

  • Support automotive service parts supply chain operations

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and system stability

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in SAP APO SPP (Service Parts Planning)

  • Solid understanding of automotive service parts supply chain

  • Experience in forecasting, inventory, and supply planning

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC / S4HANA APO CIF integration

  • Experience handling production support (L2/L3)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Ford or similar OEMs

  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise SAP SCM implementations
