Job Overview

Role: Deputy Manager – Assurance National Leadership
Department: Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate engagement letters, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs

  • Assess contracts from a business risk and compliance perspective

  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients along with legal counsel

  • Review alliance and partnership arrangements

  • Evaluate RFPs and tenders for risk and compliance

  • Coordinate with business, central, and legal teams for approvals

  • Conduct QRM reviews of technology assets and eminence content

  • Handle quality & risk management reviews of engagement delivery

  • Prepare and manage MIS reporting for QRM

  • Facilitate QRM training sessions for engagement teams

  • Review vendor onboarding documentation as per firm policies

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–14 years of experience in assurance, audit, or risk management

  • Strong knowledge of contractual documentation and negotiations

  • Experience in quality & risk management (QRM)

  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory standards

  • Ability to collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Big 4 / professional services firms

  • Exposure to national leadership or firm-wide governance roles
