Job Overview

Role: Customer Success Associate
Job Type: Full-time (Fresher Eligible)
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Shift: Not specified (General likely)

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate members about the complete Twin Health program
  • Support members in purchasing required items to begin the program
  • Follow the onboarding process clearly and consistently
  • Schedule training and consultations for new members
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of services
  • Act as a single point of contact for new members
  • Resolve member queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and follow up regularly
  • Handle grievances politely and effectively

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Science / Healthcare preferred)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office
✔ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
✔ Ability to build trust with members
✔ Fluency in minimum 3 languages
(Preferred: English / Hindi / Malayalam / Marathi / Bengali / Telugu / Tamil)
