Role Purpose

This role supports Airbus airframe programs (A320 Family & A350) by performing static stress analysis and structural validation activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performance aircraft structures.

Key Responsibilities

Creation and modification of various stress reports
Planning and client interaction on technical topics
Working with client input study requirements
Creation and modification of GFEM / DFEM models for metallic and composite structures
Development and modification of ISAMI files for airframe sizing
Preparing templates for classical and ISAMI-based calculations
Stress calculations for joints, lugs, and structural sections
Creation and modification of stress sheets
Collaboration with Airbus and internal engineering teams

Tools & Technical Skills

ISAMI
HyperWorks
MSC Patran / Nastran
MS Office (Word & Excel)
VBA or Python (added advantage)

Eligibility & Profile

Engineering degree in Mechanical / Aerospace or related field
4–8 years of experience in static stress analysis
Experience with airframe primary and secondary structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with international aerospace clients
