Key Responsibilities

Manage customer service functions amid dynamic business and supply chain requirements
Monitor and support sales order and purchase order creation
Handle master data setups related to materials, customers, and orders

Lead operational setup for new business lanes and client-sourced products
Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

5 to 7 years of SCM customer service experience (FMCG preferred)
Strong knowledge of SAP order management processes
Experience with service desk and ticketing tools
Hands-on exposure to supply planning tools, Salesforce, and Supply 360
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Engineering or SCM background
Cross-functional experience in supply chain operations
Exposure to vendor management and procurement processes
