Role & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor junior cloud developers on best practices and problem-solving
Contribute to cloud strategy and architecture development
Design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-based applications
Manage cloud infrastructure including VMs, storage, networking, and databases
Develop, test, and debug cloud-native applications
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Ensure cloud security, compliance, and industry best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and application issues
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
Guide software engineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Set strategic direction for software development efforts
Build high-performance and collaborative engineering teams
Candidate Profile
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in cloud programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of cloud security principles
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Proven leadership and mentoring ability
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience designing large-scale cloud solutions
