Job Role – Cake Master
- Designing and decorating cakes in different styles
- Supervising other team members
- Maintaining cleanliness of the workstation
- Handling customized and special cake orders (wedding, events, etc.)
- Determining cake prices based on design requirements
- Suggesting suitable cake designs and decoration options
- Managing inventory of decorating items and ingredients
- Assisting pastry cook with fillings and decorations
- Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Using professional decorating tools and modeling techniques
- Checking shelf life of decorating products and accessories
Job Role – Cake Assistant
- Assisting in preparation and production of baked goods
- Measuring, mixing ingredients, and shaping dough
- Supporting cake decoration work
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bakery workspace
- Washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Assisting customers and fulfilling orders
- Monitoring inventory and reporting shortages
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
