JOB OVERVIEW
- Role: Cafe Associate
- Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: In-person
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Billing and cash handling
- Greeting customers and serving food with a smile
- Taste testing and ensuring food quality
- Re-stocking refrigerators, shelves, and display units
- Maintaining a clean and orderly service area
- Counting and tracking inventory
- Assisting with light food preparation in the back of the house
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
- Ability to work day, night, and overnight shifts
- Ability to commute or relocate to Tiruppur
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in food service or customer handling
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Willingness to travel up to 75% (if required)
