  • Achieve sales targets through outbound & inbound telesales of banking products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups
  • Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads
  • Ensure proper KYC documentation & compliance as per bank norms
  • Maintain call records, MIS, and daily performance reports

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer handling and relationship-building ability
  • Basic understanding of sales & banking products
  • Willingness to work in a target-based environment
