Key Responsibilities

Act as an SME for EPIC Systems application support
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in critical business systems
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
Collaborate with multiple teams for incident resolution
Take responsibility for team-level technical decisions
Support and guide team members through complex issues
Facilitate knowledge-sharing and capability-building sessions
Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes
Ensure high availability and reliability of healthcare systems

Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in EPIC Systems
Mandatory certification in Bridges Interfaces
Minimum 5 years of hands-on EPIC experience
Expertise in incident management and resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with application monitoring tools
Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting healthcare IT systems
Exposure to enterprise-scale application environments
Leadership experience in application support teams
