Key Responsibilities

Overall facility and admin activities management
Preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance as per PPM schedules
Handling TT calls, service, and repair works
Coordination with vendors for AMC and warranty systems
Maintenance of DG sets and monitoring energy consumption
Electrical, mechanical, conveyor system maintenance and troubleshooting
Installation and maintenance of power distribution systems
Working with PLCs, sensors, relays, drives, motors, encoders, and automation equipment
Fire alarm systems and fire extinguisher checks
Minor civil, plumbing, refurbishment, and upgrade works
Handling housekeeping, pest control, sanitization, and waste disposal
Spares management, inventory control, and tools tracking
Daily reporting on TT closures, open cases, and RCA
Issuing work permits (hot work, height work)
Opex & Capex budgeting and contract preparation
Training, development, and shift handling of agency staff
Compliance with Amazon safety standards and Indian Factory Rules

Eligibility & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Controls
2+ years experience in maintenance / facility / automation roles
OR Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Strong leadership and team-handling ability
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Customer-centric and safety-focused mindset
