Key Responsibilities

Monitor multiple SSD 3P fulfillment centers from operations and compliance perspective
Oversee complete UTR operations (FC + Last Mile) of assigned 3P sites
Coordinate with 3P partners on SOPs, headcount planning, and quality metrics
Conduct monthly audits of assigned 3P sites
Visit each assigned site at least once every month
Track performance, productivity, speed, and cost metrics
Identify operational gaps and deploy improvement initiatives
Act as liaison between internal teams and external partners
Ensure adherence to operational norms, restrictions, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Strong communication skills (English – read, write, speak)
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Prior experience in SSD Operations (preferred)

Work Environment

Flexible to work weekends and overnight shifts
Willingness to travel regularly to assigned 3P sites
Fast-paced, data-driven operational role
