Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prototype, and unit-test scalable, high-quality features
- Partner with teammates to determine the best technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and provide actionable, constructive feedback
- Work with Operations teams to build and maintain essential infrastructure
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues
- Contribute effectively within a collaborative, globally distributed team
Required Skills & Experience
- B.Tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience and 2+ years working with modern web applications
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and optimization
- Proficiency in Node.js, GraphQL, Webpack, Nx, Flex
- Experience with modern tools and frameworks such as React.js, Redux, Webhooks, Webpack
- Familiarity with browser debugging and performance profiling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI features into web applications
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM APIs, RAG, or MCPs
