Key Responsibilities

Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile safety reports
Perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases
Create and manage case identification and data entry
Perform MedDRA coding and case processing
Submit and follow up on ICSRs in safety databases
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
Adhere to client guidelines and pharmacovigilance processes
Support drug safety surveillance activities

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance
Strong knowledge of drug safety and PV processes
Hands-on experience with ICSR case processing
MedDRA coding and safety database experience
Understanding of global regulatory requirements
Good documentation and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in life sciences or clinical research environments
Exposure to global pharmacovigilance operations
Ability to work in rotational shifts
