Role: Application Support Engineer
Department: Engineering – Hardware & Networks
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Any Postgraduate Optional)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
Monitor system performance proactively.
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot software problems.
Act as SME and provide solutions independently.
Contribute to best practices for application support.
Assist in automation and routine task scripting.

Required Skills & Experience

1 – 4 years experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Strong knowledge of server virtualization, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Familiarity with VMware, DNS, Hyper-V, DHCP, and networking.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
15 years full-time education (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in relevant field (optional).
